What does it cost?

The first introductions are free, so you can see how the room works before anything is owed. After that, Union proposes a modest fee on introductions that become transactions. Nothing is charged for asks, searches, or confirmations that go nowhere.

Who is in the room?

Investment firms only: funds, family offices, and syndicates that buy and sell private company positions. Every firm is reviewed before it joins, and the room stays small on purpose.

What do I see before I confirm?

The shape of the other side: sector, size, and structure. Names, terms, and paper are revealed only after both firms confirm. Until then, nobody knows who you are either.

Does Union ever contact a counterparty without my say so?
