The network
Four million people, and what each of them needs.
Union talked with most of these people before you asked. For a large share of them, it knows what they are trying to do next.

How it grows
One conversation at a time.
Union reaches out to people it has reason to think it can help, by email and by text. Some reply. Every reply is read, and every conversation is remembered.
A person who tells Union what they need becomes matchable from that moment. When a new ask arrives that fits, they hear about it, and only then.
Everyone in the network got there by talking with Union, and anyone who asks to leave is removed.
People in the network.
Who is in it
Most sectors. Both sides of most asks.
Founders and operators
People building companies, from a first hire to a sale. Many are raising, hiring, or looking for a specific customer or partner.
Investors
Angels, seed and growth funds, and family offices. Union knows what each one has told it they want to see, by stage, sector, and size.
Buyers and sellers of businesses
Owners thinking about an exit, and the funds, holding companies, and operators looking to buy. Both sides, in most sectors.
Hiring managers and candidates
People with a role to fill and people open to the right one. Union treats a hire like any other match: fit first, then a yes from both sides.
Advisors, brokers, and specialists
Lawyers, bankers, brokers, and experts in narrow fields. Often the right introduction is the person who knows the counterparty.
Customers and partners
Companies that buy what you sell, and companies you could build with. Union knows who has asked for what you make.
What Union knows, and what it shares
The shape before the name.
Someone in the network is raising a $3M seed for a battery recycling company in the US. They want a lead who has done hardware before. Do you want to meet them?
What Union keeps
Your name, how to reach you, what you do, and what you told Union you need. Nothing is inferred about you that you would not recognise.
What it shares before a yes
The shape of your ask: the sector, the size, what is being sought. Never your name, your company, or anything that points to you.
What it shares after
Once both sides say yes, the introduction carries your name and the context the other person needs to start well. Nothing more.
What it never does
Sell or rent the list. Broadcast an ask. Message anyone in your name. If you want to leave, text the number and you are removed.
The person you need is probably already here.
The first introductions are free.
