Pricing

Free to start. A fee only when it works.

Union is paid when an introduction becomes something real. Nothing else costs anything.

The first introductions

Free

The first few introductions cost nothing, whatever they lead to. That is how you find out whether Union is useful to you.

Asks, searches, and a yes that leads nowhere

Free

There is no subscription and no charge for asking. Nothing is owed for a search, a match you decline, or an introduction that does not turn into anything.

An introduction that becomes a transaction

A success fee

When an introduction Union made turns into a deal, a hire, a sale, or an investment, Union proposes a modest fee. You agree to it before anything is owed.

Questions about the fee

What counts as a transaction?

Money or equity changing hands because of an introduction Union made: an investment, a sale, a purchase, a hire, or a signed engagement. A conversation, a meeting, or an ongoing relationship is not a transaction.

How is the fee set?

It depends on what the transaction is. Union proposes it openly, in writing, before anything is owed, and the number is modest relative to the transaction. There is no rate card because a hire and a company sale are not the same thing.

What if I do not agree to the fee?

Then nothing is owed, and Union does not make further introductions for that ask. The proposal comes before the transaction, not after, so there is never a surprise.

Is anything charged up front?

No. Union never asks for a deposit, a retainer, or payment to receive an introduction. If anyone claiming to be Union does, it is not us.
